About Us

Crossroads Consulting was founded in 1989 and has provided Human Resources and Organizational Development services to many types of businesses, from Fortune 200 companies to family-owned firms, to non-profit organizations. We would be happy to provide a complete list of our client companies upon request.

With professional coaching replacing traditional Training and Management Development activities in many companies, Crossroads Consulting has shifted its focus to providing almost exclusively Executive, Management and Organizational Coaching and Consulting services.

Crossroads Consulting is owned by Barbara Munley-Miranda. She possesses  a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Counseling and is committed to lifelong learning and development.  She maintains her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resource, and was certified as a Professional in  Conflict Management from the Mediation Training Institute in 2006.

She also completed an extensive, 60-hour program in executive coaching in 2008, and became certified by the International Coach Federation in 2009. Barb and her coaching associates are also either certified by the ICF or in the process of completing their certification, and adhere to the strict Code of Ethics of the ICF organization.
