Crossroads Consulting was started by Barbara Munley Miranda in 1989 and provides Coaching, Recruiting, Human Resource and Organizational Development services to businesses, from Fortune 200 companies to family-owned firms.
With professional coaching replacing traditional Training and Development activities in many companies, our focus is primarily on Management and Organizational Coaching programs, including providing coach training programs for organizations. Barbara has a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Counseling and is committed to lifelong learning and development. She is one of only a few professionals certified by both the Human Resource Certification Institue and the International Coach Federation, and has also been trained and certified by the Mediation Training Institute in 2006.
