Professional coaching is an interactive process whereby a trained professional coach helps you to clarify meanings, values, and goals, and roadblocks, that may be affecting your ability to become more successful. Generally, coaches and clients talk either in person or virtually at least three times a month, and you will be held accountable for working towards your agreed upon plan of actions. An action plan is generally drawn up after the first session, and includes a letter of agreement.
