| Executives face tremendous pressure today as they try to build and maintain their company’s health during the critical times. Competing demands, disgruntled or over-stressed teams can all contribute to an inability to keep focused on the issues at hand. Human Resource Management professionals are challenged with maintaining morale during layoffs, reductions in pay and benefits, and organizational restructuring. When HR executives receive a request for help from management for assistance handling a business situation, the HR staff often has little time available for coaching, and often no formal training in coaching techniques. As a result, there may be managers and supervisors taking on new responsibilities without adequate training and little experience leading a new team in a chaotic, stressful environment. We offer both individual management coaching programs and customized, cost-effective solutions to enable organizations to continue management development during these difficult economic times. Very often, training and development budgets are the first to be slashed during economic downturns. A formalized internal coaching program can be a budget conscious alternative. Individual Executive Coaching packages are designed for one-on-one regular coaching with leaders and include at least two assessments. Typically, the executive in this situation is a senior-level leader taking over a new management team and role within an organization. Individual executive coaching greatly increases the chances of a successful transition for the team and the organization. Coaching Programs include one individual leadership assessment for each participant, three private coaching sessions, and employ a combination of one-on-one coaching, group webinars, and an individual leadership assessment. We offer both ongoing public sessions, where new leaders from many organizations can learn from each others experiences, and close enrollment, company specific programs. In open enrollment programs participants are free to disclose their name and company or not, whatever is their preference. Group programs can reduce the cost of coaching and allow more individuals to reap the benefits when budgets are tight. Subscription Coaching Services —These services are designed to provide additional tools and resources to mangers and supervisors on an as needed, ad hoc, basis. Similar to the Employee Assistance programs, the company contracts services on a quarterly or annual basis, and managers can either self-refer or be referred by the company. With many organizations seeing new managers or supervisors in roles of leadership with little prior preparation, this provides an excellent solution. The focus of the coaching is most often on development of management and communications skills, team effectiveness, and leadership skill-building. Our coaches in this program are all experienced HRCI certified Human Resources professionals who have also completed a minimum of sixty-hours of coursework in Leadership Coaching, the equivalent of most graduate programs. They also are certified or completing their certification by the International Coach Federation, the only globally recognized certifying organization for coaching professionals.
